December Hike!

My cousin and I went hiking yesterday near the Virginia border. It was tropical to me because of the foliage, but there were giant icicles on the dark sides of the hills. We had a good time soaking up the sun and jumping over rivers and hopping from rock to rock across the muddy parts and talking while walking (many of the best talks happen then) and kicking up leaves. Overall, I was very happy.

I just realized I didn't post these, but these were just exploring life around the Martlock house on Christmas Eve. And getting used to my camera. It was so wet in Newfoundland, I was always afraid to bring the good camera out, so now I need to get used to it again.
