Three of us international students went over to a native friend's home to eat. Each of us made and brought a dish or two and Wendy (Tyng Wen Hsu) took pictures. After that, we cleared of the table and had a great time just sitting in the sun and painting.
That night we had second Thanksgiving since the residence hall provided one for those who were left here on campus. Wonderful day!

The Peninsula
One of the international students. Juan, had a great idea to take this Thanksgiving weekend and go adventuring with rented cars, splitting the cost for all who wanted to come. The first day's adventure was to go to the peninsula. It's a place with incredible cliffs, clear ocean waves, pine forests, and beautiful hills. We had a great time and then went out to eat at a place with a real jukebox. (Some of us danced right there in the restaurant). The whole time was great and we all came back tired, but happy.
